My Love Story Part 3-The best day in my life
Pero that time naisip kong magtapat sa sham2 koh kasi nalaman kong yung prof. namin at yung babaeng naging malapit sakin ay sila na that time. Doon namin nakuha yung word na sham2 sa shashimi ba yun?hahaha..pero ou dahil dun sa pulutan naming yun naisip naming itawag yun sa isat isa dahil gaya nga ng shasimi, we were freshly in love with each other that night.. to be continued
My Love Story Part 2-Our happy days
Pagbalik ko medyo nainip sya nun so bad timing talaga ang nangyari but naging ok naman ang lahat, nakuha pa naming magpapicture nun so its our first picture together at masayang masaya talaga ako that time but still ganun pa rin kami pakiramdaman lang at text2 lang...to be continued

My Love Story Part 1-Where it all started
My name is Kevin, just call me mike..layo no?hahaha..at ito ang love story ko. Year 2008 that was the month of June or July, transferee ako that time sa NCBA from UST, bakit? mahabang story eh..basta ang alam ko bago ako sa school at di ako familiar sa new classmates ko at lalo na sa environment ko nun. Paano ko naging gf ang sham2 ko?(sham2 tawagan namin eh)..mahabang story din eh, pero it started when I had a crush on her that time at di ko alam kong may bf na sya nun, so I started texting her, nagawa pa nga nya akong ireto sa friend nya ng di ko alam eh, medyo di nya daw kasi ako crush nun..hahahaha..First date namin(di pa kami nun) nanuod kami ng sine sa SM kasama friend nyang si gracie at friend kong si carlo, ayun masaya. Mabarkada kasi ako nun kaya medyo nawala yung communication namin nun sa isat isa, nalaman ko din na may nanliligaw sa kanya na isang prof, pinagselosan ko pa nga yun eh, but they didn't work out well, nanligaw ako sa kanya ulit pero sa text lang(medyo torpe nga ako nun hahaha LOL)..Ayun lagi lang kaming nagtetext sa isat isa pakiramdaman na lang din di ko alam kong magiging kami nun pero di ako nawalan ng pag asa..lagi akong nagpaparamdam sa kanya nun but not sure kung nararamdaman nya nga ako.. to be continued
Love Story by Taylor Swift
We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes
And the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air
See the lights
See the party, the ball gowns
I see you make your way through the crowd
And say hello, little did I know
That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go, and I said
Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes
So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet 'cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes
Escape this town for a little while
'Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
But you were everything to me
I was begging you please don't go and I said
Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Romeo save me, they try to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult, but it's real
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh oh
I got tired of waiting
Wondering if you were ever coming around
My faith in you is fading
When I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said
Romeo save me I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head? I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring
And said, marry me Juliet
You'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh, oh, oh, oh
'Cause we were both young when I first saw you
Kipper
You know the phrase "love at first sight"? We do! Many people have suggested over the last several years that my husband and I should get a doggie. I have epilepsy and do volunteer work out of my home, so the idea of getting a doggie has always been in the back of our minds. My husband, Josh, and I both had dogs growing up.
My older brother and sister-in-law (they have 3 dogs and a cat!) came here from Washington for Christmas. At one point, they told us that they almost adopted a dog for us from petfinder.com, and were going to give her to us for Christmas. They thought twice and figured it would be better to check with us first. They really poured the idea on us pretty heavily. Finally my brother said they should back off... No Pressure!!!
I had no problem with it, but it took a little more convincing for my husband. He was concerned about my health and wanted to be sure I would be able to take care of a pet, but they had set a little spark in us...
Sparkles, the dog that Marc & Deb wanted to adopt for us was adopted by the next morning – (We're happy for you, Sparkles, if you're somewhere out there reading this!).
Then we saw Caramel from Rover Rescue. We went to visit her that evening. I had called my brother to tell him, and he emphasized that we would only be going to see her and then to come home and discuss adopting her. He said he didn't mean to force us into anything and to remember that we were just going to see her- we WOULDN'T be coming home with a new family member!
Well, we saw her. Within minutes, both of us fell in love with her and knew that we couldn't leave without her! We went home that night and I called my brother and left him a message telling him that I had done exactly what he said NOT to do!
Not only is she a wonderfully sweet and gentle little girl (she is now Kipper Lucio Lang) she fits right in with our family! It's somewhat strange to think of days without her and we've only had her for a week!
The best part is that since we've had her, I have not had a SINGLE epileptic episode. Not ONE! No headaches, no seizures, no problems at all. It's amazing what a little TLC (from her to me!) makes a difference!

Mahal ko ang Bayang Pilipinas
Bayang Magiliw
Perlas ng Silanganan,
Alab ng puso
Sa dibdib mo'y buhay.
Lupang hinirang,
Duyan ka ng magiting,
Sa manlulupig,
'Di ka pasisiil.
Sa dagat at bundok,
Sa simoy at sa langit mong bughaw,
May dilag ang tula at awit
Sa paglayang minamahal.
Ang kislap ng watawat mo'y
Tagumpay na nagniningning,
Ang bituin at araw niya
Kailan pa ma'y 'di magdidilim.
Lupa ng araw, ng luwalhati't pagsinta,
Buhay ay langit sa piling mo;
Aming ligaya, na 'pag may mang-aapi
Ang mamatay nang dahil sa 'yo.
Mother Son Relationship
The most delicate aspect of mother and son relationship comes, when another woman enters into his life, either as a girlfriend or as a wife. This is the time, when almost every mother starts feeling insecure and becomes apprehensive. From being the only woman in her son's life, she has to share the affection with someone, who is as important in her son's life as she is. This is the time for the son to make his mother understand that she has and will always be the most special person in his life and that someone else can never take her place. On the other hand, a mother should also understand that she has to stop holding on to her son all the time and let go of him.
There is a thin line between love and dominance. When the love turns into domination, it is then that the mother son relationship starts turning strenuous. The delicate balance of a mother and son relationship should always be maintained and the effort should be from both the sides. A mother should never interfere in her son's life, but at the same time, she should always be there when he needs her. Similarly, a son should never take his mother's love for granted and should always give her due respect. To get some tips on how to strengthen a mother-son bond, browse through the following lines.
Tips To Strengthen the Mother Son Bond
- Communication holds the key for any relationship and a mother-son bond is no exception. Conversing with one another can prove to be very beneficial as well as advantageous.
- Listening is another important aspect of a bond. A mother should listen to ever thing that her child says to her, even if it sounds silly and stupid. On the other hand, a son should listen to whatever advice or suggestion that his mother gives. He should realize that whatever she is saying is for his own benefit.
- Right from the beginning, teach your child what is right and wrong or what is expected from him or what is not. This way you are sure to face fewer trifles with him, when he becomes a mature adult.
- Every son looks at his mother as a best secret sharer. To be his confidante, every mother should build in confidence and make her son get that feeling that she is the best person he can look up to.
- Remember, action speaks louder than words. You need to set a perfect example for your son, because that is the only way he would look up to you as a role model.
Nature Lover
While I walk the eroded path,
Shells crunch under my feet.
I see three duckies take a bath,
I feel the sun’s sweet heat.
Geese groupies gape at me,
The river rapids are high today.
Squirrels scamper up a tree,
While the water snake sidles away.
The birds are bickering,
The icy water tickles my toes.
The fireflies are flickering,
I see green in the leaves of the gingkoes.
As a nature lover, I am fond
Of the natural spaces of Swan Pond.

FIVE WAYS TO MAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD STRONGER
1. Learn From GOD : Read The Bible.
How do we know who God is? How do we begin to understand His character and attributes? It is only by reading the Bible that we can know the truth about God. In this age of information, it is easy to get caught up in all the changing research and data which bombards us everyday. How important it is to remember that God's Word never changes! The Bible has the answers for all our questions and it offers hope for our times of hopelessness. It tells us of our origin and tells us of our eternal destiny. Most importantly it shows us Jesus Christ:
THE BIBLE SAYS THAT "...faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17).
In other words, if you want your faith to grow and mature, read God's word on a consistent basis.
READ: Psalm 1 , Isaiah 40:7-8 , 2 Timothy 2:15
2. Talk To God : Pray.
Prayer is simply talking to God from your heart. Your prayers don't have to sound "religious" and you don't have to use only 'Christian sounding words. God wants to hear from the "real" you and He wants to hear your deepest concerns and needs. Prayer is mainly a time for us to thank the Lord and to praise Him for the great things He has done in our lives. Read Matthew 6:5-13 to see an example of a prayer which Jesus prayed.
Prayer is also a time for us to receive God's forgiveness for our sins. When you sin, don't beat yourself up and condemn yourself but go directly to God and confess your sins in prayer. God will be "faithful and just" to forgive you. Look at I John 1:8-10 and underline these scriptures in your Bible. Also, remember that you now belong to Jesus Christ and...
"...There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1).
3. Hang Out With Other Christians : Fellowship.
Now that you have entered into God's family, you need to spend time with your new brothers and sisters. It's a good idea to develop friendships with people who have been walking with the Lord for a long time and spend time with them so you can learn from everything the Lord has shown them over the years. Likewise, as you grow and mature in the Lord, there will be others who begin to learn from your example. That's what fellowship is all about--the strengthening of all of God's people; or as the Bible puts it, "...the building up of the body of Christ".
READ: Ephesians 4:15-16 , Hebrews 10:19-25 , Acts 2:42-47
4. Tell People About Your Faith : Tell Others.
Chances are, before you gave your life to Jesus, someone close to you or even someone you had never met before shared with you the good news about a relationship with God. Always remember that God hasn't redeemed you, forgiven your sins, and given you a new life so that you can horde all of His blessings for yourself! He wants you to share your new life with others.
Jesus said, "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5:14-16).
5. Make A Public Commitment For Jesus : Be Baptized.
Baptism is an outward expression of what the Lord has done on the inside. It is not the act of baptism which cleanses you of your sins. Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned" (Mark 16:15-16)
Notice that it is not the lack of baptism which brings condemnation but unbelief. However, Jesus is commanding us to be baptized and we should be careful to obey everything that God asks of us.

A Father's Love
Years ago, there was a very wealthy man who, with his devoted young son, shared a passion for art collecting. Together they traveled around the world, adding only the finest art treasures to their collection. Priceless works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Monet and many others adorned the walls of the family estate. The widowed elder man looked on with satisfaction as his only child became an experienced art collector. The son's trained eye and sharp business mind caused his father to beam with pride as they dealt with art collectors around the world.
As winter approached, war engulfed the nation, and the young man left to serve his country. After only a few short weeks, his father received a telegram. His beloved son was missing in action. The art collector anxiously awaited more news, fearing he would never see his son again. Within days, his fears were confirmed; the young man had died while rushing a fellow soldier to a medic. Distraught and lonely, the old man faced the upcoming Christmas holidays with anguish and sadness. The joy of the season, that he and his son had so looked forward to, would visit his house no longer.
On Christmas morning, a knock on the door awakened the depressed old man. As he walked to the door, the masterpieces of art on the walls only reminded him that his son was not coming home. As he opened the door, he was greeted by a soldier with a large package in his hands. He introduced himself to the man by saying, "I was a friend of your son's. I was the one he was rescuing when he died. May I come in for a few moments? I have something to show you." As the two began to talk, the soldier told of how the man's son had told everyone of his, not to mention his father's, love of fine art.
"I am an artist," said the soldier, "and I want to give you this." As the old man unwrapped the package, the paper gave way to reveal a portrait of the man's son. Though the world would never consider it the work of a genius, the painting featured the young man's face in striking detail. Overcome with emotion, the man thanked the soldier, promising to hang the picture above the fireplace. A few hours later, after the soldier had departed, the old man set about his task. True to his word, the painting went above the fireplace, pushing aside thousands of dollars
worth of art. His task completed, the old man sat in his chair and spent Christmas gazing at the gift he had been given.
During the days and weeks that followed, the man realized that even though his son was no longer with him, the boy's life would live on because of those he had touched. He would soon learn that his son had rescued dozens of wounded soldiers before a bullet stilled his caring heart. As the stories of his son's gallantry continued to reach him, fatherly pride and satisfaction began to ease his grief. The painting of his son soon became his most prized possession, far eclipsing any interest in the pieces for which museums around the world clamored. He told his neighbors it was the greatest gift he had ever received.
The following spring, the old man became ill and passed away. The art world was in anticipation, that with the collector's passing, and his only son dead, those paintings would be sold at auction. According to the will of the old man, all of the art works would be auctioned on Christmas Day, the day he had received the greatest gift. The day soon arrived and art collectors from around the world gathered to bid on some of the world's most spectacular paintings. Dreams would be fulfilled this day; greatness would be achieved as many would claim, "I have the greatest collection." The auction began with a painting that was not on any museum's list. It was the painting of the man's son. The auctioneer asked for an opening bid, but the room was silent. "Who will open the bidding with $100?" he asked. Minutes passed, and no one spoke. From the back of the room came a voice, "Who cares about that painting? It's just a picture of his son." "Let's forget about it and move on to the good stuff," more voices echoed in agreement. "No, we
have to sell this one first," replied the auctioneer. "Now, who will take the son?" Finally, a neighbor of the old man spoke. "Will you take ten dollars for the painting? That's all I have. I knew the boy, so I'd like to have it." "I have ten dollars. Will anyone go higher?" called the auctioneer. After more silence, the auctioneer said, "Going once, going twice, gone." The gavel fell. Cheers filled the room and someone exclaimed, "Now we can get on with it and bid on the real treasures!" The auctioneer looked at the audience and announced that the auction was over.
Stunned disbelief quieted the room. Someone spoke up and asked, "What do you mean, it's over? We didn't come here for a picture of some old guy's son. What about all of these paintings? There are millions of dollars worth of art here! I demand that you explain what is going on!" The auctioneer replied, "It's very simple. According to the will of the father, whoever takes the son ... gets it all."
